The separate accounts

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 249 dated 31 December 2012, Acquirente Unico (AU) draws up OCSIT separate annual accounts. The separate accounts are subject to accounting audit. The relevant certification is issued by the same entity auditing Acquirente Unico S.p.A’s financial accounts. The annual separate accounts together with the audit certification issued by the audit company are communicated by AU to the Ministry for the Economic Development within 90 days from the approval of Acquirente Unico spa financial statements by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
